OUR GUARANTEE

All of our boilers are meticulously pressure tested at 40-50 psi giving our customers peace of mind. On rare occasions however, for

reasons beyond our control, things can go wrong and a boiler may leak sooner than its expected life span. We will repair or replace

your boiler if it cannot be repaired, free of charge within the guarantee period. Please note, we cannot cover the costs of

removal/refitting and transport of your boiler, and you must get the boiler to us (carriage can be arranged at customers expense)

All of our stainless steel boilers come with a 5 year guarantee, and our mild steel boilers come with a 2 year guarantee.

** If you think your new boiler is leaking, you must contact us or your fitter before removing it**

You must follow all terms of this guarantee.

1. The boiler must only be used with an indirect water supply.
2. Only dry and seasoned fuel is used. Condensation must not be allowed to sit on the boiler surface when not in use.
3. The boiler is not overheated, resulting in cracking on the boiler surface.
4. A corrosion inhibitor is used in the system.

You or you fitter must before installation;

1. Compare all dimensions and tolerances between the new replacement boiler and the original damaged boiler to ensure it will fit

2. Check for any damage or cracks on the surface of the boiler and on the external flow and return collars that may have resulted from transport.
